Celina Balderas Guzman is a Research Associate at the CAU. Celina is an urban planner and urban designer. She has a Master of City Planning, a Master of Science in Architecture Studies in Urbanism, and a Bachelor of Science in Architecture, all from MIT. At CAU, Celina is currently involved in research on a wide variety of topics as they relate to urbanism, including water issues, ecology, resiliency, mapping tools, public health, and technology. She also leads the publication project Infinite Suburbia as part of the Future of Suburbia biennial theme and is part of the team developing the Future of Suburbia exhibition opening in early 2016. Previously, she led the environmental design of the Model Agribusiness Cities in Ghana project at CAU.
